WATER FILTER MEDIA – JURAPERLE

Juraperle is a natural mineral-based filtration media formulated to correct mildly acidic water supplies. Manufactured from calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, it gradually dissolves to increase pH while adding trace minerals that improve overall water quality.

Suitable for water with a pH around 6, Juraperle provides gentle pH correction without raising water beyond approximately pH 7 under normal operating conditions.

As a sacrificial media, it should be replenished every 12 months. Installing a backwashing valve helps maintain filtration efficiency by preventing media compaction and flushing away deposited contaminants.
