WATER FILTER MEDIA – BIRM

Birm is a cost-effective iron removal media designed for treating raw water supplies, boreholes and private water systems. It effectively removes up to 8 ppm of dissolved iron while requiring no chemicals during regeneration.

The media is regenerated simply through an effective backwash cycle, helping to keep maintenance costs low. For reliable operation, water should have a pH greater than 6.8 and contain minimal organic contamination.

When operated under the correct conditions, Birm offers dependable performance with a media life of approximately five years.
