WATER FILTER MEDIA – FILTER AG+

Designed for superior water clarification, Filter AG+ offers outstanding turbidity removal and significantly finer filtration than conventional Filter AG media. Capable of filtering to a nominal 3 microns, it captures fine particles that standard media can miss.

Filter AG+ is particularly recommended for borehole water supplies where sudden sediment dumps can occur without warning. By trapping suspended solids within its filter bed, it helps protect treatment equipment and improve water quality.

The media is regenerated through backwashing, where the filter bed lifts to remove accumulated contaminants. Correct backwash flow is vital for maintaining peak efficiency.

Ideal as a pre-filter for UV systems, Filter AG+ reduces fine particles that may interfere with UV disinfection.
