Softcontrol-Data offers reliable online monitoring of softened water hardness using selective potentiometric measurement of calcium and magnesium ions. Unlike conventional analysers, it operates without reagents, reducing maintenance, operating costs and environmental impact.
Configurable hardness limits between 0.01 ppm and 0.18 ppm allow precise monitoring for demanding commercial and industrial water treatment systems.
The analyser supports both analogue current loop output and RS232 communication for data logging and process integration. Real-time readings, system status and available soft water capacity are displayed clearly in English, German or French.
